So, I think I found a place to live in Miami. I have not seen the condo and am trusting a lady I spent all of three or four hours with looking at places a couple of weeks ago.

I will not see it actually. I know the building and saw plenty of condos there and I have seen plenty of photos of the place. Feel okay about it, except the water views are only from the bedroom and not the lanai. Plus, it is only a year lease.

Don't feel like flying across country again, that is a long flight

well, as long as you're comfortable with it, that's all that matters...the water is so beautiful over there...not like here on the Gulf side...you have to go out a long way to get any blue over here...:)
