1 Oregon vs. California

Just a phenomenal coincidence that something that slows down pace only happens to Oregon, known for it's fast pace, right?

And that they are literally almost always back on the next play?

YouTube - Teams fake injuries vs. Oregon to slow down the game

Meh. Oregon is one of the only teams to run a hurry up offense the entire game and always go for two. Seeing as they are the only team that plays like that, can't really complain if teams fake injuries. They don't play normal so don't expect opponents to play normal. Just how it is.

I see your point. Oregon's also the only team that I've heard complain about how long it takes refs to spot the ball. We're a highly unique offense.

It's just highly frustrating when over and over and over you see guys go down rolling on the ground, world cup style, and then sprint back on to the field as a sub 30 seconds later. ASU was the worst though it was hot for that game, still... I'd expect them to be acclimated. Especially when the Ducks were looking fine.

Cal has played nothing but scrubs at home, including an overrated Arizona squad.

This is pathetic. Period.

I don't know. Oregon's obviously not playing their best game... FAR from it. But give credit where credit is due... Cal's D is having a good night.

It is annoying watching guys roll on the ground every five plays and it's not like Oregon is doing anything wrong. There is nothing in the rule book that says you can't hurry up all game. It's hard to stop though and other teams aren't used to it. If the refs are going to allow them to roll around on the ground, it's just going to be something Oregon has to deal with. It makes you realize how much the Ducks rely on that fast paced offense.

I like how Oregon's kicker misses his only two kicks of the season tonight and the commentator says "Now we might know why Chip Kelly is going for it on 4th downs" in an attempt to defend it. Yeah... so that's why Chip Kelly goes for 4th down instead of kicking 70 yard field goals.

I thought they were going to for 2 just to be pricks. Guess I was wrong. DISCLAIMER: Thought it would be hilarious if that was the case. I really don't think though, thought it (obviously) had something to do with the kicker

He's normally a very reliable kicker. Perfect on the season before today. 0/2 tonight. :banghead2:

Cal's quarterback and receivers are equally bad. When the QB isn't missing by a mile, he is hitting his receivers in the hands and they are dropping it.

Our O-Line needs to step it up. LMJ needs to get involved. I'm feeling a little better but this is still a little too close for comfort.

Omg! Are you kidding me!?!?

TD Cal!

They better not overturn that. Clean fumble.
