If he want to play quickly he'll go to UT. If he want's to play in front of his dad he'll choose USC.

I want him to put on a USC and UF hat and stomp them into the ground. You know if he has done all this then he has some kind of cool thing for his decision. Well it wont be cool if he doesn't pick us. haha. Maybe he couldn't get his choreography down so he gave himself another day to set it up.

I wouldn't want any of our recruits to act that way, personally. I think it's totally disrespectful of the other schools recruiting you. How would it make you feel if he did that to UT? How would the guys that have been sacrificing family time, leisure time, sleep, ect. to recruit him feel?

I don't want him to do it to us and I would be disappointed if he did it to anyone else also. I loved how Darren Myles Jr. announced. He got me. He picked up the Bama hat, said some good things about them and then tossed it and said, but it's not Alabama, then he picked the UT hat, said some nice things and went to throw the hat and at that moment every Vols fan's heard jumped straight out of their chest, he put on the hat and said, "I'm going to Tennessee!" Most were already concerned that we were the second hat he picked up and he seemed to have a method with the last hat being the winner which was a Bammer cap. It was classy - he didn't disrespect the other schools. And it had some suspense in it, but was classy.

Translation; Just because everyone is saying I'm going to USC, doesn't mean it's true. ....Just stay tuned. Thursday at Noon pacific, 3 Eastern.


I think this could mean two different things, either Jesse is on to the fact that everyone is saying he is going to USC, and wants to create some suspense behind his announcement, or he doesn't want things to be misconstrued and his true feelings lie with Tennessee.

Whatever it means, it has certainly changed the importance of his announcement.

Has anyone figured out yet where he is announcing and if we can stream it somewhere?

I think this is meant to put a hush to all of the bloggers that are saying he is a USC lock.

I cannot figure out why he changed from Wed to Thurs unless he just wants a family member to be there that cannot make it on Wed.

I think it is a good sign that he is stating 3:00 eastern because if he was a USC lock he woudn't be worried about east coast viewers.

Maybe I am thinking to much into this, but does anyone else think its odd that he is announcing the day before lane speaks at media day? Was'nt Lane supposed to speak on Thursday originally and now it's Friday? Would'nt it be just like Lane Kiffin to have a recruit make a shocking announcement and stir up the media just the day before the Tennessee head coach speaks to the media? Then again maybe I am thinking to much into it...
