According to this article, he's the only member of the elite 11, except Scroggins, that hasn't committed.
He committed that is a mistake. Unless he decommitted.
Now if he did de commit he will a have earned some respect back.
Surely UT could take him from SDSU if they want him.
I'm not sure he's the best QB in the world, but I heard good things about him at the USC rising stars camp, and an elite 11 QB would be good enough to help recruiting.
This staff is not taking a guy just cuz he is at the elite 11. And he is there as a sub for Jones I think. Jones is out with ankle injury. And Kiffin does not like stuck in the Mudd QBs from what I know of him. Which by all accounts this guy is. Who knows though maybe this maybe that, I say we will look elsewhere.
Honestly, Unless this kid is going out for goal posts I don't think we need him...Eat a sandwich or something :clapping:Tyler Bray

Looks like the mold and he had a good showing in the Elite 11 camp.

Imagine how much muscle mass a 6'6 frame could add with 1 senior year of high school and 2 years of college S&C training.
I don't want to come off as this kid's PR person, but unless the coaching staff can pull Scroggins or get a kid that is already committed, I think they could do worse.
