Lock means everyone believes it and he is favoring a school extremly heavily. Committed is just that. a soft verbal is when they have committed but are wavering on said commit. That is what Bray is. He is a soft verbal.

He is no LOCK

ok then sir. let me put it in black and white so you can understand exactly what i am trying to say. and you can even quote me. "i believe that Bray will end up playing for SDSU." there you go. sorry i was in the gray area for so long.

There are going to be much better schools than SDSU that offer Bray before it's all said and done and from the sound of it, he wants to go somewhere where he will be much more high profile and play against good competition week in and week out. I seriously doubt he sticks with SDSU.

Good QBs with big offers don't go there. 3* players sometimes turn into good football players and they've had some success with that, but players with committable offers to BCS schools don't play at SDSU.

Ladalian Tomlinson? or Lawrence Taylor? Ladalian played for TCU and was a RB. And Lawrence played for UNC and was an LB. I don't understand your point.

ladainian played at TCU. Thats hardly a top of the line college football school, and he has made it in the NFL no problem. small school kids can still make it to the NFL.

please ignore me. im done listening to you try to get in this conversation even though you have nothing worthwhile to add.

You have nothing worthwhile to :the_finger:add to this thread or the other 20 you've posted on thoughout the night. You're full of bullsh!! With your funny little one liners. I hope you do ignore me!:the_finger: Get you some of that mister know nothing!

Ok look at Graham Harrel. Was the QB for Texas Tech. A sort of average school. Throws a lot of TD's, but doesn't even get drafted. Do you know why. It's a small school/ throwing system. SDSU has a similar throwing system and if he put's up numbers NFL scouts will go oh that's just the system.

wasn't texas tech ranked #1 at one point last year? give me a break. i am not for sure but i thought i heard he went undrafted because of his size. anyways i am done with this. you should really try to understand the opinions of others before you just write them off as an idiot and claim they are wrong about everything they say.

Stars arent everything but most of the years had an avergae of a high 2* class. Yes stars dont tell evrything but they are a good bases to look at. how many guys have come out of SDSU in recent years?

I listen to everyone's opinion but yours because you put your opinions in such an idiotic fashion that I don't even bother to listen.

Kevin O'Connel, the only reason i know that is because im a Pat's fan & he is the backup to Tom Brady Lol.

I find it hilarious that you are all over this forum trolling for attention and when you finally get it you want to take your ball and go home.

Never heard of him. But that kinda makes my point. Only guy to come to the big boys league is a no name.

I understand your point, that if you go to SDSU you more than likely wont get to the pros which is true. But just a FYI Kevin O'Connell is a real good solid QB for the Pats real tall kid with a cannon arm, most Pat fans are expecting him to take over for Brady in a few years. Bray is built kinda the same way. Both are tall with a rocket arm.

That's cool. I'm just saying if he wants to show how good he is, SDSU is not the place. UT is always under close watch with the QB situation due to Manning.

They had 4 players drafted last year which is 3 more than we did. Just saying.

I totally agree, Bray has the best chance at getting seen by NFL Scouts & going pro @ UT. Which is why i think he will end up choosing us.

please tell me you arent this dumb. here goes my last time trying to get my point across.

1. Bray gets hot
2. Other schools become interested in Bray
3. Bray declares it is between SDSU and UT

... if Bray wasn't still committed to SDSU and wasn't still planning on going there, why wouldn't he just drop them from the list and possibly add other big schools that are now interested?

The reason he hasn't decommitted from SDSU is simply because there is still a small chance he might end up there. He doesn't want to decommit now and then realize that was the best place for him and have to recommit. He committed to SDSU before UT came on strong, and he can't decommit without knowing 100% that he is not going to SDSU. BTW, I think he ends up at UT.

The only reason he committed to SDSU in the first place is because he was given a deadline.

That makes sense. He probably jumped on the SDSU offer thinking he wouldn't get offers from better programs, but now that UT is on him, I think that's going to change.
