'10 CA QB Tyler Bray (Commit/On Campus)

I think this kid has alot of upside. Plus with him if I was UT I would go after another QB for next year that was a JUCO. Someone that can step right in and take over. That way Bray can develop. Plus if Bray is the only QB besides a JUCO UT gets I think T Bridgewater might be a UT lock. I believe Teddy Bridgewater siad he is going to commit this November on his birthday if I remember right. IF maybe the top 2011 QB commits that early think of the recruiting he can start doing for the program.

I think he said on his birthday 2010. So, Novemeber 2010.. Someone correct if I'm wrong.

Watching this Elite 11 Show on ESPNU....showed Bray and the director of it was quoted as saying that he did not understand why this kid was not rated higher bc he was going to be a great college QB and looked like a good bet for at least a solid NFL backup

I promise this is true.....As the game ended, I yelled at Bray's Dad and said "We need him!". His Dad laughed and said "You got him!". I would never make this up. That was all that was said.

Tyler have you heard of Bryce Brown, David Oku, Tauren Poole, Marsalis Teague, Zach Rogers, Nu'Keese Richardson and Rod Wilks (don't laugh he has skills at receiver)? What more could a quarterback ask for?

he is def coming now...how could you not after seeing all those weapons...we may have not had many weapons coming into today but after today there areso many playmakers.

random, but a longtime regular. generally the people who have pulled stunts in the past are shot down pretty quickly over there.

between the pre-visit buzz and some of the remarks since then, my confidence is as high as it could be that Bray has informed the staff he'll be committing to play for Tennessee.

The visit seemed to be a formality more than anything else.

Sounds good. I sure hope so. A 63-7 pouncing in the staffs first game.... that speaks for itself.

Interesting his dad would respond back like that. Doesn't sound like a normal response. Ignoring them or a thumbs up would generally suffice. If Bray's dad really responded that way, he is definitely a Vol. That's not a normal reaction. :p
