do all the big time players come out of cali? if so why do we think we even have a 50/50 shot at guys that have sc as their top school? Move on guys. hes going to usc. and so is the other guy we want really really bad.

i guess i did. its just frustrating to see all the big players we want and when you read just a little bit more about them they seem to all be from cali and all have usc as there top school. i guess you cant blame them.

Like the article! I hope we can get the kid on an official visit and have a great game to show him what UT is all about. I think this kid could have a shot at replacing Berry but that is a very, very tough task for anyone take on.

I think Prater is a USC lean, but I think Riley ends up a Vol. Just because they grow up SC fans doesn't mean they are dead set on that. If we recruit 10 guys head to head against SC and get 3 its better than not getting any at all!

Thats true but there has to be just as good talent in other states. It seems we like to go after FL and Cali kids the most, but why? We found a great WR in IL!! We need to start looking in alot more places. I unterstand TN isnt a play ground full of talent. I just think there are plenty of kids that have no clue where they wanna go in other states and we should go after them. We have the staff to turn any 2 or 3 star kid into a 4 or 5 star.

I think we have a good shot with him, but I just don't think he is a silent right now.

That's been gathered from Markeith telling him "go ahead and get it over with." I don't think it refers to him being a silent, I think he is telling him to go ahead and get the recruiting process over with. JMO, that's the most likely meaning of that.

Usc is full at safety. Only way they get riley is if they bring him in at wt or rb.
