'10 CA S Dietrich Riley

Elam won't go anywhere else, but if he did, it's wouldn't be WVU.

On Riley, I think it's curious that he is talking about pulling the trigger so soon. That makes me think it's not USC. I have no idea with this kid anymore.

I really like Riley. Seems to be a very solid kid in addition to a good player. I hope he's in orange next year, but this thread makes me think...

I don't see him and Bailey in the same backfield. I think he gets converted to a RB. He's a damn good one.

He plays running back already so no conversion would be required. I can't see Pete lying to him about where he would play especially given the depth chart at DB vs. RB.

Who thinks Janzen Jackson is making this guy have second thoughts? I mean JJ is being viewed as the next "thing" after EB leaves.

This has been dragging on as this has turned from a lock to a fade.

There was certainty he would verbal to us in no time, but it is starting to become doubtful if we are going to see him in orange.

I don't think him fading on us has anything at all to do with our depth chart, or his ND visit, or his UF offer. It has all to do with USC really pressing him imo...

Janzen and Myles are solid. But you need depth at the safety position. Riley would be given a fair chance and if EPT was important I seriously doubt he would be leaning to USC, lol.

But why in the world would they (USC) want Riley if they have Dion Bailey verbaled to them?

Dang

They sure know how to make their players wait on the bench; few may take multiple redshirt years.

There was an article out awhile ago in which he stated that USC mentioned to him about playing RB. I have not heard any further mention since then so I am sure it was not a real possibility.
