'10 FL ATH Matt Elam

I will bet anything in this world Elam will not be a Nole. Id say UF has a 90% shot and UT is hangin on with 10% right now. UT goes on a roll and wins their last 4 games and a new years bowl, say beating Oklahoma in the Cotton; then we will be right there on NSD. Nuke to the 10th power!

He will already be in school...There won't be an NSD for Elam because he is an EE.

I always seem to underestimate our recruiting prowess...but I just don't see Elam anywhere but UF.

i think he actually still does have to sign a LOI

EE's usually appear to have known where thay wanted to go for some time.. and thus just wanted to get an early start........at least thats how I heard it

Ive heard if they sign for someone else after enrolling in the EE school they will have to sit out a year just as if they transferred

"EE's do not sign letters of intent until NSD. And EE could come to campus, and as long as he doesnt enroll in classes, he can still sign anywhere he wants on NSD." (That was an email I got from a mod at TOS)

Like I said in another thread, If Luc signs I hope Elam comes as an added bonus.. Kinda like the Spikes/Tebow package...

EEs do not and are not aloud to sign a NLI. They usually sign their financial aid package agreement but they can not sign a NLI.
