'10 FL ATH Matt Elam

show a little more confidence...maybe you will be right.

Ha man i go around and talk to many of the top prospects in the country and Elam is the one Besides Damien Robinson that will be the hardest to pick where he will go other than UF.

The gators will be fine without Elam, regardless of which other school he decides to attend. If he picks the Vols, this is more of a perception vs reality issue...in reality, UF may not miss him, but the perception that Corch Meyers lost another commit, and a gator 'lock' at that, to Kiffin will sting.

If you don't think losing a player of Elam's caliber isn't going to be a loss to ANY program on the field, you are crazy :swoon3:

This is the guy that said it will be fun beating UT over and over again..

That's a lie....Are you one of the trolls on other boards? ESPN reported Elam favors W. Va. after his UT visit. I wasn't even looking for info on him. I was looking for info on Worley. There was none, so I read the Elam thread. No, the Gamecocks are not after Worley, but UNC is and they affect us.

College Football Recruiting On the Trail 2010 - ESPN

Matt Elam favoring the Moutaineers
ESPNU 150 athlete Matt Elam (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla./Dwyer), a Florida commitment, informed ESPN affiliate Web site EerSports.com that he would sign with West Virginia if he had to decision right now.

Elam also recently took an official visit to Tennessee to find the Volunteers offering early playing opportunity.

He will also visit Florida State and could make a trip to South Florida.

I think he said the West Virginia comment before the visit, they just put it in with this report.

so you're a recruiting reporter and a basketball player??? seems like you wouldn't have enough time...

Mountaineer, Vol, or Gator...really doesn't matter.

What I'm have difficulty understanding is, why on earth would this kid not be considering South Carolina?

He made the comments about WVU before the visit...

We are right there. He said in those 2 stories that UF is pushing him away. Matt needs to come to a place where he is really wanted and needed...

Abram has a few years of NFL experience and needs to get in his brother's ear about the value of a good coaching staff.
