Yes it is becoming ridiculous. What's with the Bama and Gator infestations lately? I swear I thought this was a Tenn board. They sure are interested in a team that finished 7-6.

My only guess is that this is a time their team can back up their trash talk. Hopefully when UT starts beating them the troll numbers will drop.

They know recruiting is probably the last opportunity they will have to gloat and they're taking advantage of it. Reality is they're $%%^ bricks right now and scared senseless. Why else would you spend any time on a rivals forum? I sure as hell don't give a crap about theirs.

It's because we are in on the same guys as they are which speaks volumes about our future IMO. We will continue to battle with the top teams for recruits.

Makes sense since it seems the gamecock trolls have disappeared lately. I think they've finally realized they'll be back to being UT's whipping boy.

nope. Edwards is also the linebackers coach. Secondary coach Chuck Heater is the co-coordinator. it's just how Florida does it.

Charlie Strong never stopped being the linebackers coach even after he took the full title after Mattison left. He also shared coordinating responsibilities with Chuck Heater.

That's BS. Charlie Strong never shared coordinating duties. Heater was promoted to co-dc just recently.

It's a shame you guys come over here and flame, yet you know nothing about your own team.

And it's not just now, they were here talking smack a couple of months after our games were completed. For teams that went on to win a NC and Sugar bowl, the last thing you would think would be on their minds is the 7-6 Vols. It's crazy.....

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. I must have missed the Zach Thomas quote about how he became a great linebacker - "In the twilight of my career Nick Saban brought in George Edwards as my position coach...."

And Channing "London" Crowder, he's future HOF.
