I doubt we have a "feature" back next year like what Montario was this year. Plus, coaches were really impressed with Toney in the spring so he might just be onto something with that statement

I don't think there is a feature back next year. I think they do a duel back system. I, however, don't get people underselling BB either. I thought he ran very tough this past season for a true freshman in the SEC.

We have four runningbacks who IMO would all be 1,000 yd rushers if they were the feature back. Gotta love this problem :dance2: :rock: :good!:

I think Brown and Williams split most of the carries. They are both too good to keep off the field. Not sure which is better. Depends on how Williams' knee is healing.

Can anyone foresee Lane using Brown, Williams, Stocker, Fugate all in the same package?

Generally. He's Buck Fitzgerald.

He seems to know a bunch of these recruits as well. I'm not sure if he runs a training program or what, but I seem to remember something like that.

He just posted that we would get a suprise recruit this weekend. It was such a suprise that it basically blew him away. He didn't say who nor did he say it involved the AA game, but it seemed legit.

he didn't say it would be this weekend necessarily...

The one that is supposed to happen the next couple of days is so wild I dont believe it myself so I wont say. I wouldnt anyway bc its supposed to remain a surprise. I will say that the staff has a lot of big things going on. I do think it will be a good couple of days though.

yeah, but I think when he says "it will be a good couple of days" that leads me to believe it could be a little longer...

I just don't want everyone freaking out cursing Buck Fitzgerald if it doesn't happen by sunday :)
