Sounds like Urbie is trying to make a non-binding verbal commitment binding. If I were Mack, I'd tell him to shove it. Kiffin would never pull someone's offer just because he wants to take visits. In fact, on the contrary, he actually encourages recruits to take all the visits they want.

Urb and Nick ARE scared of Lane...He has lots of money to sling around...Whats Teague get $4000 a year or semester for his extra academic scholly? God knows what Nuke got...A couple of cars for his aunts...Straight cash homie?

Long time lurker, first time poster here. I know I don't have any credibility built up over here, but from what I'm hearing, Brown is still gonna be here this weekend and the coaching staff feels confident they can get him. Take that for what its worth.

I'm not sure about the rumors about Meyer. All that I've heard is that Coach O is recruiting him and that he is everything but official. Not sure if that is just the staff's confidence about the future or if perhaps he wants to wait until after his visit to say anything publicly.

I know...it is just really nice to have something to be excited about again. You remember what Zook was like, don't you? And then you got Meyer.

It is just fantastic to be competitive again. I am hoping Lane and Urbs have a long back and forth rivalry that distances UT and UF from the SEC again.

Oh, and I would wish you good luck, but it's Troy. You don't need it.
