“That coach said they get real fired up on special teams and yelled for everybody to ‘Get up, get on your feet, and get fired up about special teams.’ Then this other coach ripped off his shirt Superman style. It was crazy.”

Many in the crowd weren’t sure how to react. “The coaches told us to stand up, but nobody really knew what to do. We started clapping, sort of like one of those ‘Ah, this feels awkward’ kind of things,” Volger said. “The coaches yelled ‘OK, we’re going to give you another shot. We’ve leaving the room. When we come back in here, we want it really to get crazy."

the doors swung open and the Tennessee assistants ran into the room. “By now, three or four coaches had their shirts ripped off.” Smith said around 10 Tennessee players, including All-America defensive back Eric Berry of Atlanta and quarterback Jonathan Crompton, ran down from behind the recruits to meet the coaches on the floor. “Eric and the rest of the players were chanting ‘U-T, wild boys … U-T, wild boys … U-T wild boys.’”

word on the street is that it was Monte who took his shirt off...when the kiddos weren't too impressed with the 60 something year old's body, he took his brain out sat it on the table and the whole room got silent. The brain then gave a speech and everyone ran on stage, surrounded the brain and crunked out.

Someone one called in on the Sports Animal and said that Vogler's coach went to Webb high school and also attended UT. Vogler has also been up to Knoxville several times to work with Chad Pennington's dad. This caller said that his coach will do what he can to push Vogler to Tennessee. Anyone else hear that?

He may be a Florida lean, but I see more evidence to support a UT lean than a FL lean here.

Well, the word is that both of his parents are UF alums.

And, if that's the case, then it's more likely that he's a Florida lean than a UT lean.

Well, I've heard that he is facebook friends with Orson Charles and they've discussed playing TEs opposite of each other.

i go to webb now and Chad's mom is my english teacher. Maybe I could ask her if they know the Voglers. Also Chad's dad just came off pretty major heart surgery so when he gets 100% again maybe he can bring them up for more visits here.

One of my best friends was from webb where noodle-arm's mom was his english teacher, and his dad was his PE teacher...

Yeah, it was four years ago
