I dont think he goes to USC to much receivers there.I think it is a LSU-UT battle. If we dont pull Rogers, I think we get him.If we do pull Rogers I think LSU gets him.

Depth chart isn't a factor for Ambles. He was trying to get Kyle Prater to go with him to UT at the Army AA game.

The sad part is that nothing has really changed at Tennessee other than Kiffin, for Ambles. It is still the same school he visited, it is still the same offensive coordinator he would have played under Kiffin and they still have an NFL caliber WR's coach as good or better than Kippy. Tennessee still offers the smae amount of early playing time. The teammates would mostly still be the same but the only big difference for Markeith is the head coach.

Why in the world is Lane Kiffin so important to this kid? He would only be in love with him until he signed the loi then he would have moved his attention to the next big thing. It's the Chaney's and Baggett's of the staff that you should be worried about and Tennessee has that covered.

As blatant as this one *looks* though, I can't figure out why there's no commitment right off the bat from out west if it's his dream school and he loves Lane. It doesn't make sense for Kiffin to hold Markeith as a silent in this scenario, surely with Prater and Woods locked up there are no other WR's higher than Ambles on their board and we aren't exactly feeling confident over here, so no reason to save it.

If there's no public commitment early this week, I really think Markeith doesn't have a clue himself and it might take beyond NSD to figure it out.

How sweet would it be if Markeith talks up USC for the next couple weeks and signs on the dotted line to be a VOL on Feb 3rd right in the face of X and company

New to the board. I checked Rivals and the kid who was the receiver for Matt Simms is no longer listed. I understood that he was already enrolled like Simms. Did he decommitt?

IMO, this is a PR move by the USC staff. From an outside perspective, it looks terrible if Ambles commits immediately after the switch. If he holds off until NSD, there isn't nearly as much uproar. Same result for USC, but less headaches.

He didn't qualify to EE, and then decommitted when Sir Lies-a-Lot left.

Best we can tell he did not graduate JC and that made his LOI invalid, welcome to the board.
