umm OCI is most definitely not a fratty location. Maybe the older guys. That place is always full of GDIs with flat billed hats and abercrombie shirts. If you want fratty go to Tin Roof, the Roaming Gnome or Cool Beans.

Are you serious? You obviously don't know what you're talking about if you think the gnome (at anytime other than animal hour) or the bean is frat.
