'10 IL OT Zach Fulton

scary to me that nobody on our 2011 OL projection has ever played a snap of college ball at OL

This is the way I look at it. 2011 might be a bad year on our O-Line because of that inexpeirence but think of 2013 when all of them are expeirenced.

The fact we would be starting 2 freshman, and having 4 freshman as backups isn't very encouraging to me. Thats just asking to be eaten alive by all of the beastly DLs in the SEC

Worst case you're looking at (in 2011):

Douglas- Redshirt Junior

Schoefield, Revis, Hood - Redshirt Sophomores

Stone, Fulton, Pair, Clemmons, Tait, Jose - Redshirt Freshmen

Again, it definitely requires faith in Cregg and Ausmus to believe they'll be ready in 2011...and 2010 is just going to be bleak on the OL...no way around it...

I guess when a certain somebody recruits a bunch of lazy/no-talent fat a**es who either want the job handed to them or aren't capable of playing at the SEC level then you end up with serious attrition on the OL

all he needed was time to turn it around (sarcasm)

I hate knocking on fulmer but it is what it is

Henderson would be a bigger get than Bryce Brown in my opinion.....He could start from day one

Getting him won't matter if the other 4 guys on the line can't play...and we have zero chance to get him anyway.

Fulton is a good starting block for the future of our OL though.

Fulton is an incredible pickup IMO. When all is said and done he will be one of the few elite offensive line prospects in the 2010 class. The guy has the potential to be great at everything he does. He has great size, great athleticism, the explosion you want, and a nasty streak. He was far and away the best offensive lineman at camp last month and that includes James Stone. It wasn't even comparable.

Don't forget Brimfield, Pope, Anderson, and Thomas.

Fulton is a gaurd though I wish we got an elite tackle.

Guard is a huge need.
Tackle is a huge need.
Every position on the offensive line is a huge need.

This staff wasn't left with much at all in the way of quality offensive lineman, defensive tackles or depth.

I've thought that we would bring in at least three juco on O line since spring when the purge by CLK was made. I just don't see getting in more than one recruit from the high school level that will be able to contribute already next season. With four olinemen to graduate and who knows if some of the underclassmen will be still around (grades, problems) I think three minimum jucos will be needed . GOVOLS

I've seen maybe two or three listed on scout. not sure about rivals. Lots of dline jucos (already got two):)

I thought for sure he would have gone into the top 250 since he whipped everyones butt at EVERY camp he went to. What happened to his 4th star. Have they not done those evals yet?
