'10 MN OL Seantrel Henderson

This guy would be an unbelievable pick up. Cam Newton, Bryce, Oku, and Co. need a wall of protection

Uh you are aware that our staff hasn't shown much interest or pursued this kid at all yet, right?

On that you are wrong. Both sides have shown interest. Now that Marve is all but a done deal, that situation may have changed, but there was interest shown on the part of the staff.

I didn't say no interest, so I wasn't wrong. But I wouldn't call it significant interest at this point. They are waiting to evaluate him until he's played in more games.

I would be a little surprised if we don't already have Marve and another QB commit by the time Newton is evaluated.

I'll go out on a limb and say most 6'7" and 305lb high school juniors push their opposing defender all over the field.

You'd be surprised at how few have any idea how to use size and strength.

I do like what little I was able to see in this video; there are certain skills that are extremely difficult to master, so most guys don't even bother trying (and most get stuck with coaches who don't care to teach it). To see a high schooler who is able to demonstrate a high level of effectiveness in said skills is extremely uncommon.

Looks like a pretty good prospect. But he's from Minn, there's no talent up there. Only the state of Florida produces talent.

I don't agree with all of the statement, but I don't think he is going to get into college and push people around like he was in the Youtube video. Still he would be a great pickup and I would love to have him! Hopefully we can get him, and he can prove me wrong!

This kid is so good. He has all the physical tools and from the video's I've seen has been coached well.

This kid is one of those prospects that only comes around once in awhile...He really is that good...I would love to see this staff land him

What kind of shot do we have at him? I don't see us listed on his Rivals list

Hes easily just AS significant imo

The reason I would say not quite is because Brown is the #1 player in the nation and we don't know if Henderson will be yet, and because of the timing of Bryce Brown--coming off a 5-7 season, with a brand new coach and staff--really put us back on the map more than Henderson would. Henderson is a beast, though, and definitely at a position of need.
