"Tobias has narrowed his list to ten schools," says Harris' father Torrel Harris. "Syracuse, UConn, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Louisville. Those are the guys that have been recruiting him the hardest and have a plan (for him)," says Harris.

"By the Middle of the Summer he will cut that list down to half and by September he should have a decision."

I don't know much about him, but looks pretty good.

"Coach Pearl is one of my favorite coaches," Harris said when asked of Tennessee specifically. "He's just easy to talk. He seems like a real players coach, but you can tell by how much they've won that he's a good coach too.

"He's talked to me a lot about how I would fit in with their system, that they like a four man that can do a lot of different things and create mismatch problems. He said that I could come in and do a lot of the things that Tyler Smith does for them in their offense. Coach Pearl pointed out to me that their four-man (Smith) led them in assists last year, so that's kind of interesting."

Will make an unofficial visit here in June.

"I'm still considering all those schools, I haven't cut anyone, but I would call Tennessee one of my top schools now," Harris said.

"I still don't know what my top-five will be, but right now I like Tennessee a lot," Harris said. "It was just good to get down here and really see what they have to offer.

Thanks for the updates. Sounds like he would be a great catch for Bruce.

did the lemoyne loss not do anything
No not really, but with him and pinkston wanting to play together I think that helps us because we are recruiting both hard, we are in it and have a good shot we just gotta see how it plays out.

Pinkston and Harris have not indicated they want to play at the same school. You're thinking of Harris and Irving, and Irving already committed to Duke so that speculation has ended.

Pinkston and Harris have been communicating with each other about playing at the same school in recent weeks...

Hearing things look great for both Harris and Pinkston. If it comes through this would far and away be Pearl's best recruiting class at Tennessee. Amazing!

And school best recruiting class are both possibilities for Bruce this year.

Many of us will be thrilled, some will be very sad.

Maybe Adam Zagoria knows of a place up north that needs a dirtbag criminal defense attorney?
