There are conflicting reports, but I'm going to go with what Rob Lewis is reporting on TOS. He says that Tobias will silently sign a LOI on the 18th, then announce his decision on the 19th on ESPNU (5:30 PM EST).

I'm so pumped about recruiting.... both football and basketall... Last year was off for bball recruiting cause limited scholly's but to sign harris, pinkston, golden, and mcrae would be amazing for this program.... Pearl needs a new wave to come in and carry on UT basketball

Rob Lewis now says the Cuse is back in it. That it is a real fight. He said alot has changed in the last 24 hours. But now it seems to be UT/Cuse battle. Not sounding to good....

It's been a Maryland/WV thing with UT and Syracuse hangin around. He wants to go to school for business and the Under Armour company is connected big-time with Maryland so thats why there's so much pull for him there. UT looks to be in some trouble guys, hope I'm wrong tho

Maryland/WV thing?? No Cuse/UT/ with maybe WV

Most likely 'Cuse.. We shall see. Hope its UT
