Mike MacIntyre who is now the head coach at San Jose State was the Assistant Head Coach of the Year and is a close family friend. He was the DC at Duke as of a few weeks ago and although they weren't recruiting Brandon or Corey, they knew about their recruitment by UNC from an inside perspective. Miller, he said, as everyone knows, is all Vol and has always been all Vol. Willis, on the other hand, will likely announce to UNC in Tampa Bay in a few weeks. MacIntyre said Willis is about 65-35 in favor of UNC as of about 5 days ago. Things may change. Just an update.

didn't Willis talk Miller into coming to Tennessee? Or am i mistaken?

I can't answer that. I don't know. I just know what Mike told us. There are a few other Carolina prospects Mike knows about that might surprise a few people but most have no interest in Tennessee.

I can't remember exactly what he said.. Basically called him a fool for his flop..

On a great note he said this morning today was his last day in South Carolina.. So I'm guessin he's headed to Knox after his All Star game

There will also be some four-stars on the cusp of a fifth star such as Corey Miller, Joshua Shaw, Alec Ogletree, Ian Silberman, Ashton Dorsey, Leon Orr and more

Another reason stars don't matter is this. Saban pays his staff $50 for every five star they receive a commitment from. So what they do is sort of casually befriend Rivals evaluators or region directors. When a coach has a four star or sometimes even a five star these coaches will coax the guys at Rivals in some fashion to bump their recruit up to a five star. Alas, Saban rewards them. True story.

I know that's what I said. But the guy who told me this was on staff with one of Saban's former staff members. So just think. Which of his 5 stars are really just 4 stars? Also means they cheated their way to the recruiting national championship

hey fellows when is the all star game for miller??? jan 9th??? when is the last day for early enrolls???? jan 15th????
