Weight doesnt determine leverage. If it did the zone blocking scheme would be dead.
I would argue that...
weight plus speed equals force.
force plus angle equals leverage.
greater leverage equals advantage in positioning.
There are thousands of football players in all levels with height and weight... and even speed but with no instinct for positioning (leverage being a huge factor) you end pumping gas, stealing cheeseburgers with an air pistol etc., etc.
Back to the point ...weight is significant.
Leverage is about who gets lower, that's basicly it. I was an extremely small lineman who had to use leverage to get any playing time. It's Mass x velocity that equals force. Leverage is just the amount somebody can get lower. The last one is true though.

Actually applies to any object in motion, but only really has an effect on objects moving at relativistic speeds. For example, an object moving at the speed of light will have infinite mass and it will take infinite energy to reach that speed. Also applies to nuclear fusion.That's how I know it. What are the other things it can be?
