Who's the best instate QB prospect?
I'd have to definately say Bo Wallace of Giles County. I'd also say he'd be one of the few All American QB's to come out of the state in a long time. Perhaps even better than Peyton Manning. Definately a 5 star that can improve any college team.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Peyton play high school ball in Louisiana?Who's the best instate QB prospect?

He did. It was the equivalent of a 2A Tennessee School.
I don't think Stone is as athletic as Wallace. He doesn't have the arm strength either. There is a talent difference between the two and Wallace is the better.
Somehow I knew Bo Wallace was going to be mentioned here.
That's because he is the best QB. He's the best Tennessee has had in 15 or so years and don't think any underclassmen right now can touch him. He can do it all. Under center, shotgun, spread, I formation. He's even considered to be the top 5 in the state as a DB or Safety even though he rarely plays on defense.
