He had accepted that it happened on his watch so he is responsible. 9 game suspension when he had no knowledge just like the elite coaches is what he should have gotten without the NCAA proven to have lied to Dave Hart. They couldn't be embarrassed like that.

I'm sorry but he's lied and/or cheated at every place he's coached. Luckily for TN he was probably fired before he could bring NCAA sanctions to UTBB.

Nice posts on Veterans Day on previous page. Wanna know what I did yesterday morning on Veterans Day. I went to my five year old great grandson's kindergarten class and spoke to them about what it meant. I told them to all go home and ask their parents who in their families had served in the armed forces and to thank them the next time they saw them. At the end, I had them draw a badge out of a bag with either the Army, Navy, or Marines on it. Then I had lunch with them. When they got in line, their teacher told them they were gonna be soldiers, sailers or Marines for the day and got them in line accordingly. It was pretty awesome.

I hope you didn't talk Tyndall to the young, impressionable minds.

My Dad was a sarge in the Army-Air Force and then the USAF. A radar mechanic.

My dad was in the Philippines getting ready to invade Japan when the atomic bomb was dropped. I probably would never have been born if not for that Presidential decision.

Normally, they respond in 60 days. Then they send somebody to Southern Miss to investigate again. I think they are using their millions and hundreds of lawyers trying to figure out a way to get out of the mess they find themselves in since they had zero evidence except their immunized coach facing his own 7 year show cause. JMO.

Don't know how many times I have to say it. They need to know the appeal result to finish the story. Just read the Tyndall response to the NCAA's ludicrous response to the original appeal brief. Remember they asked for a two week extension just to come up with a response even with their millions and hundreds of lawyers. They have nothing but a huge federal lawsuit starting them in the face which will make history.

And right there beside it, my kids will also learn about Donnie Tyndall v NCAA Infraction Committee
