Don't know how many times I have to say it. They need to know the appeal result to finish the story. Just read the Tyndall response to the NCAA's ludicrous response to the original appeal brief. Remember they asked for a two week extension just to come up with a response even with their millions and hundreds of lawyers. They have nothing but a huge federal lawsuit starting them in the face which will make history.
The closing statement: "This case is (in effect) a coach control case that morphed into the most severe penalty that has ever been imposed against a collegiate headI can see it now:
Roe v Wade
Brown v Board of Education
Marbury v Madison
And right there beside it, my kids will also learn about Donnie Tyndall v NCAA Infraction Committee
Grandchildren: "Granddaddy Z, tell us about the Donnie Tyndall case? What was that time period in America like?"
Granddaddy Z: "It was a turbulent time in America kids. See the whole nation was captivated about how an average NCAA division 1 basketball coach was truly wronged by the NCAA. The nation was completely divided on such an incredible issue. Protests occurred, riots everyday, while the whole nation watched the most important court case in our time about whether or not Donnie Tyndall sort of lied or really lied to the NCAA."
As demonstrated in Donnie Tyndalls written appeal and his rebuttal to the response of the Panel, the factual findings are clearly contrary to the information presented, the facts found by the panel do not constitute a violation, and the Panel committed procedural errors and but for those error, the Committee on Infractions would not have made such findings. 10 weeks and still no response from the NCAA appeals panel due two weeks ago. Still trying to figure out how to get out of the mess they find themselves in. :good!:
There are 113 pages of appeal brief and 20 pages of response to the NCAA's response to that that prove his innocence. It is mind boggling what the NCAA did to cover their mistake and avoid the embarrassment. Is that the same as doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result? what they call that?

You seem to intimate that you know CDT with statements like this. I'm like you in that I hope he gets his penalties lowered or even beats this but I can't grasp the nature of going 190 pages on a forum arguing with people over it. Just sayin. No offense intended.
