10 year show cause/NCAA, Tyndall discussion (merged)

Just throwing out a opinion here.. SD doesn't have (obviously) and hasn't read (obviously) the 113 page appeal because it was submitted to the NCAA appeals committee only. CBS makes this stately: "CBS Sports obtained the document from a source.". CBS is the only media that makes this statement, all other media outlets seems to reference CBS. Seems to me CBS is saying "hey we got a document stating the NCAA appeals committee has received the appeal from DT" nothing more or less. CBS never says they have the appeal, they just make references to the infractions from that point on.

SD Will not produce any of this 113 page appeal, because he has never read it in the first place, nor has CBS.

I think we all know this.. But fun and games right? And I can't wait to see if I get ignored again or called a name to fit in. Going to pop me some corn!

PART 1: THE COMMITTEE ON INFRACTIONS IMPROPERLY FOUND DONNIE TYNDALL IN VIOLATION OF NCAA LEGISLATION BECAUSE THE FINDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE ARE CLEARLY CONTRARY TO THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED AND COMMITTED PROCEDURAL ERROR WHEN IT FAILED TO APPLY THE APPROPRIATE STANDARD OF PROOF AND VIOLATED ITS OWN STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES REGARDING ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE, CREDIBILITY OF WITNESSES, AND GRANTS OF LIMITED IMMUNITY.

Tyndall's fiancee was the mastermind of the shenanigans at Southern Miss.

Women are devious creatures and Tyndall couldn't stop her and his assistants from pushing the envelope too far.

Tyndall could not say no to her. He has "small man syndrome" and he's easily manipulated by powerful women.

It appears that he can't be rehabilitated.

Going back to the OP and your attempts to make every thread about DT, firemedic said:

Steve Forbes would be a real possibility with a Noland chancellor and Blackburn AD IMO... JMO

The guy is a recruiting genius:
ETSU head coach Steve Forbes has added six new faces to the Buccaneers' roster since last season.

The guy in question is a former 2* recruit from a Big South team that's had one winning season in 12 years. Maybe he'll turn out to be a great player, but that's not exactly a coup.

I'm going to 1 this for you one more time...

1. Steve Forbes received a show cause penalty following his firing at Tennessee. You were wrong, again, and won't admit it, or you will just downplay its significance as a means of hiding your ignorance about him.

Funny how SD can't admit he was wrong even when he says something demonstrably false. I don't know what a psychologist would say about that but I don't think it'd be flattering.

On a purely speculative side note, maybe Donnie and SD are birds of a feather. I could see Tyndall thinking he was too smart to get caught and overreaching.

I. EVIDENCE
PART 1: THE COMMITTEE ON INFRACTIONS ABSOLUTELY FOUND DONNIE TYNDALL IN VIOLATION OF NCAA LEGISLATION BECAUSE THE FINDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE ARE CLEARLY PROVING THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED AND HAVE IN NO WAY COMMITTED PROCEDURAL ERROR IN APPLYING THE APPROPRIATE STANDARD OF PROOF AND DID NOT VIOLATED ITS OWN STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES REGARDING ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE, CREDIBILITY OF WITNESSES, AND GRANTS OF LIMITED IMMUNITY.

See how easy that is? My all caps made it look and sound just as official as yours.

If you have all these pages, why don't you post the whole thing?

Oh, that's right. You're way too pompous up there on your high horse to let people actually read and verify what you're posting. But you demand us to believe you.

PART 3: THE ACTIONS OF THE COMMITTEE ON INFRACTIONS AND THE NCAA ENFORCEMENT STAFF VIOLATED FEDERAL LAW.
This is the part the NCAA and the other two state actors want no part of. It is the kiss of death.

So...nothing new I see.
Carry on.
The only thing new is that all these folks who have been saying I was blowing smoke about the appeal brief spit out their post toasties. End of story.:jawdrop:

Don Jackson tweet today:
54 interviews, 40 interviewees (12 of them multiple times), one guy in his third interview implicates a coach=10 year show cause #NCAAambush

If the end of the NCAA was at hand, don't you think someone in the media or the press would be going for a nobel prize on this story.
Or are they just going to wait for 60 Minutes to do the research for them?
Right now it looks like a dead issue.

A witness isn't the NCAAs only evidence that proved Tyndall was violating NCAA rules. If they had a not so iron-clad case the NCAA would have only gone with a show cause of about 3 years. Since they went for 10 years they obviously have a mountain of evidence on Done Wrong Donnie.

That is their problem and it is fully documented. The only evidence they have is Adam Howard's testimony. Adam Howard said Tyndall was not involved twice until the NCAA gave him 100% immunity while he was facing an eight year show cause. They had to manufacture something to make it seem Tyndall was guilty. They had nothing. End of story. They are trying to cover their fatal mistake regarding what they gave to Dave Hart. This is why there will be a movie about their scam. I am totally amazed that they thought they were beyond the law and get away with this. It makes no sense when you look at the evidence.

Don Jackson, best sports attorney in the business who has brought the NCAA to its knees many times. This is gonna be his and DT's legacy.

You ever going to post the damn thing? Or is your arrogance more important you?

Your own bolded part means nothing, because your Boy Wonder took multiple interviews to acknowledge everything, too.

Don't you know that they're just too embarrassed to write about the appeal? Never mind that there are thousands of outlets who want UT to be in bad light and thousands of others that don't give a damn about UT and would like to see the NCAA taken down. Yet, no one writes about it.

Except SD while showing off that he finally figured out how to use the caps lock button.

What you see is what you get! All of those pages in between layout in detail with the evidence why they are accurate including case precedent. Don Jackson is the pro's pro and this case will be his legacy and Donnie Tyndall's also. Every coach in the country will thank him for eliminating the possibility that one of their assistants can go rogue and nail them. The guy will coach again next year at a Power 5 school. Hope it ain't the SEC. The last thing Tennessee needs is Tyndall and Pearl both going at them every year.

I really hate that the NCAA drug Tennessee into this mess.
