Well not being argumentative but the link is on a few different threads but Jason L and Mortensen both said that they felt Gruden lands at UT in their opinion.

No Mort said "The Tennessee job would be the only collegiate job that I think could really get Jon Gruden's attention." Nothing in there about likely to take the UT job the other guy La Confora or whatever his name is said he may end up at Tennessee because he didn't see a NFL job that would appeal to him .......Of course I might pick UT over San Diego but I don't see why Jon would . But the truth is neither said they thought he would take the Tennessee job

I don't have inside sources like half of this board and the ones I do know that have some sort of connection are more in line with the Gruden isn't coming talk. I hope JG is our next coach and he would be on my short list of who I'd want but I don't see it happening, ever. IMO, he is an NFL guy and we will not see him strolling the college sidelines. I think UT next coach is in the following list, in no particular order:

I am in the I will believe it when I see it group. I just don't think Gruden is already on board as alot seem to think. There would be NO reason at all to let Dooley flop in the wind while we lose recruits and not make the announcement. JMO
