"The probation thing worries me," Abdullah said. "There's the talk of grayshirts for some recruits. They can only sign 20 players and they already have like 24 commitments. I like the weather and the tradition. That was my dream school when USC was in their prime. Everyone wanted to go there. If it wasn't for that probation I'd have jumped on that USC offer. This recruiting stuff would've been over with."
Told y'all Florida boys to watch out for Tubbs with Roberson.
Still don't think Ameer gets the Auburn offer.
They still want two running backs in this class and are supposedly making up ground with Crowell.
Crowell in a interview yesterday said he was not sure yet if he will even visit Auburn. You would think with all the confidence they have about him he would say I am definitely going to visit not maybe.
If he goes it will be on the 28th but in his interview yesterday he said he was not sure yet. I just find it funny that Auburn people are starting to think he is a lock and yet he is not sure if he will visit, but heck they thought Lattimore was a lock with Lache last year. And they are not to happy about M Roberson going to TT yesterday. He was a lock also to them.
No offense to you, TW, you're very rational but I've lived around both Auburn and Alabama fans most of my life and I will take the current Auburn stance that they can get anybody to the ever present Bama feeling that not only can they get anybody but that any player that commits elsewhere never had an offer.
I have had three different (Bama fan) friends try to convince me for years that Tim Tebow never actually had a committable offer from Bama or he would have ended up there. No exaggeration, completely serious, TO THIS DAY.
