Really have no idea, have'nt followed him. Some other posters on VQ seem to think he has a good track record they way they are talking.

Supposedly the poster had some connections with Justin Hunter's recruitment and called him to UT last year.

If UT isn't going allow him to play running back then this is all talk. I've heard he's slowing things down and taking a look a how FSU is recruiting rb's. They have two other committed this season, one and a strong lean for next cycle plus three underclassmen on the roster. Maybe Jay has some info since he's from his neck of the world.

I would like to see him as linebacker/defensive end hybrid in Wilcox's system but we have to do what we have to do to get this kid with this amount of talent here.

Tom Smith comes from a program that has always produced D1 talent..coach teaches his kids to compete.

For the record I hate sounding negative but I promise Tom has nothing to worry about here. I just don't think we land Wilder. And I sure hope I'm wrong.

Wilder, Mcquay & Matt are really close friends and all work out together ...
