Most of us here have absolute contempt for what CLK did to UT... but he's 10 times the coach Miles is.

I don't have any particular angst with LSU at all. I just think LSU could do a lot better with a better coach.

thanks for your advice but I'd rather have Miles as my head coach until he's gone

LSU could not possibly be better situated for recruiting. It is within about 5 hours of most of the Texas talent, a driveable distance from FL, and has tremendous homegrown talent.

Miles recruits decently well though he should be more successful in Texas IMO. But his coaching is poor.

We're been getting players from Houston areas and its hard to compete with Texas for their best players. We was #1 two years ago and #7 (on Rival) so I don't know why that is consider "decent"


Again, this thread is not about Miles

because CMR is as big of, if not a bigger joke than CLM. and we werent blind with kiffin? he just threw us under the bus big time. he would have had UT back on top in a few years barring any type of trouble. just ask LV bout what he had in store for the end of the 09 class.

Robinson is going to Auburn. He just doesn't want the Louisiana treatment that his buddy Trovon Reed got last year. He's been trying to keep it quieter.
