Article today from the Nebraska site.

With this many offers, though, it’s hard to keep a firm list, because the offers seem to keep coming in. There’s been a gamut of trips over the Summer to try and put at least a face, so to speak, to just some of the written offers he has right now. “Jesse has been to Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Florida State, Tennessee, Kentucky, Cincinnati and West Virginia so far,” Coach Hayes said. And he said he could still take some more.

you'd have to imagine that nebraska will do well with d-line recruits after suh's success

I think this kid is going to be a NSD announcement, or at least I get that feeling because of his reputation and name.

Heard last week he has already tried to commit to FSU but his parents told him to hold off. Honestly, this is not a difference maker at all IMO.

Hayes will be a Vol. Smith has trained with him and he knows his work determination. We will take 3 DE's in this class.

If there are any positions where we could afford to be picky I would think DE and WR would be the ones.

Per Cincinnati Enquirer he narrowed his choices down on Monday to Florida State, Cincinnati, Nebraska and Wisconsin. Decision could be coming soon.

Im watching him on ESPNU right now and Im not all that impressed. He looks slow and not very motivated. On the other hand Braxton Miller is very impressive. He had a run where he put a crazy spin move on a guy.

Yea, Hayes looked bad on one of those long TD runs by Miller.. He got caught to far inside and Miller took it to the house..

Named Nebraska, Wisconsin, & Oregon as his top 3.

Defensive end Jesse Hayes unofficially visited Nebraska this summer and will be back for the Oct. 16 game against Texas.
"Wisconsin and Nebraska are on there because I've been there," Hayes said. "I have a good relationship with the coaches, and been to both schools and loved it. Oregon is just a school I'm just interested in right now. They're a good team and they've got some defensive ends that really suit me in their schemes."

With five official visits allowed for recruits, Hayes says he hasn't ruled out using those final two spots as well before making a decision.

"There are some other schools that could get in it, but right now it could be Tennessee, Cincinnati, Arizona, California, and NC State," Hayes said. "I might be scheduling two more, but it's up in the air on who those last two might be."

Not good enough to play at Tennessee IMO. His name is why he's getting some of the offers he's getting. Just not an impressive player once he steps onto the field.

This. He made little to no plays against an awful Wayne team.

No doubt. Not only did he do nothing in that game, but he's been that way since he was a freshman at Moeller. I've probably seen him play 15 times since he was a freshman there and have yet to see him stand out or have a big game. He just disappears once the game starts.
