Pat Martin's team (JL Mann) defeated Riverside tonight 38-7. Pat was pretty quiet except for 1 interception, no outstanding play or anything. The ball was thrown right to him.

One spot because Justin Coleman jumped ahead of him :) These rankings are fluid and a kid could maintain his ranking while other drop and fall off. Bottomline is he is still among the top 250 players in the rankings so I'm not complaining.

Q:What was the deciding factor(s) that led you to choose the Vols over the other school? And can we be assured that the commitment is rock solid and you will be at Tennessee in 2011?

A:biggest factor was trust and yeah I AM ALL VOL!!

He's kind of been quiet lately, no? What has his play on the field been like? I've heard rumblings that people think he is overrated.

You still have to embrace his love for UT, his confidence, and of course, his recruiting.

Okay so before people start bashing me & saying I'm talking to Martin on FB I am NOT! People on FB are playing a game that you send someone a question in their inbox & then that person answers your question on there status for everyone to see & apparently alot of Tennessee fans have asked Martin some question so here they are.

good lord j mo... this guy covers well, runs well, can intercept it and take it back waggner style ( to the house).... but the way he blows up screen plays and tackles is superb... he and randolph seem to be some truly athletic DB's

lol yeah and his teammate picks it up and runs about 40 yds.. that may not be the play you were referring to... the interception where he cuts back across the entire field and still scores was sweet

That will be one of our big recruiting weekends this year. THat is when Gameday will be in town for the Vandy game.
