I know, I was mainly just making a point that I used to believe the same at RB, but I have seen too many busts or semi-busts at UT over the years to believe it anymore. You would think that RB would be the easiest position to predict success. Brown and Uko have to be the biggest disapointment to me because they were both so highly sought after and hyped. At least C. Houston worked out pretty good for us after we took he and Davis that year. If you know what I mean.
I have watched him play a couple of times this year. Sorry. Don't see it.It's not a maybe in it. Lacy would be our No.1 guy here easily. He breaks tackles consistently every game.
A) You don't know that. B) It is not relevant at ALL to this discussion. Poole's talent or lack thereof neither proves nor disproves Lacey's talent.I've said it before and will say it again, Poole wouldn't start on any of the good teams in this league.
Some of you guys need to take off the Orange shades.

LeGarrette Blount Scouting Report
Position: RB
Height & Weight: 6'1 - 240 lbs.
NFL Combine Results
40-Yard Dash 4.62
Bench press 19
Broad jump 9'09
Three-cone drill 6.85
I want Cross to become this. We need a bruiser that can smack defenses in the mouth. JMo is right.
Agreed. He looked great on Monday night against the Colts. I don't know why some people are scared of the big man in the RB position. Look what Bettis did in his career.
It's always interesting looking back at those profiles for players that make in the league. I didn't realize he went to JUCO at East Miss. Small world. What a strange trip for him. First, Miss. then to Oregon, Nashville, and finally in Tampa.
I love going back & looking at guys Rivals profiles that are in the NFL right now. It's amazing how many I run across that werent highly rated but are pretty good NFL players.

I will admit this though, if you go back & watch Cross Sophomore film, then his Junior Film, & then watch highlights from a few games this season you can easily see that he has added weight each year, you can tell he has def added a lot more weight this season & looks to have lost a step from his Junior year. Maybe his injured or hampered by something but it's obvious to see he is slower this year. I hope they release a full Senior season highlight video to see how he looks instead of just being able to see a play or two.
I remember looking at Darrelle Revis's once, 3star that went to Pitt.
Here it is...

Best Corner in the league.
