Sometimes I don't understand how Rivals evaluates some players...
Take Cross for example...he is clearly a power back...while speed is always important it's not the end-all, be-all for a back like him...what I'm saying is you don't evaluate him the same way you evaluate a Norfleet or an Andrew Buie type...
I feel like the same thing is going on with Santos right now...Perroni is keeping him at a 3 star for reasons I believe are more applicable to an OLB than a MLB
IMO JMO VFL GBO
Good point thunder. The negatives for his game, while comparing to other backs, better backs, is that he lacks speed and elusiveness. But that isn't his game. He is built to carry the ball 25 times a game and move the chains. What he lacks in elusiveness he makes up for ability to breaks tackles, trucking defenders, and vision. I bet he is better at breaking tackles than the elite speed backs.

Do you guys think Marcus Lattimore is fast? rhetorical...
he's a 4.55+ forty guy all day, yet he breaks enough tackles to rip off long runs almost every game.
Hell, Arian Foster Definitely is not fast. But he has a long run from scrimmage every single game in the NFL
