Can someone confirm he has signed with BS?

I know I am in the minority but I wouldn't mind seeing him in orange. Too much productivity and we have one more DL slot than we thought.

Even if we did try to reach out to Lawrence, I dont think he'd be very happy if he tried to commit to us and we turned him away. Who knows though.

12/13/12*- 2012 ALL-MOUNTAIN WEST FIRST-TEAM (COACHES & MEDIA): DL Demarcus Lawrence, So., Boise State, has been selected First Team All-Mountain West Conference (Coaches & Media selection) for the 2012 college football season. Lawrence, a redshirt sophomore defensive end from Aiken, S.C., recorded 9.5 sacks during the regular season, leading the Mountain West and ranking tied for 18th-nationally in the statistical category. His 13.5 TFLs led Boise State and ranked tied for first in the MW. Lawrence's 48 tackles (24 solo) led all Boise State defensive linemen, and his four forced fumbles rank tied for sixth-nationally. In 11 starts, he also had one interception, recovered two fumbles - one of which he returned 25 yards for a touchdown - and blocked a kick. - Boise State football

Stumbled upon this and thought it was interesting. Looks like we missed out on a guy that could have helped our terrible D at Jack possibly.

as a vol fan it's hard to admit, but Boise State really has done an excellent job in the past 3-4 years of putting impact players in the league.

And, Lets go back 20 years. You can't base anything in three years. Besides, They couldn't endure a SEC schedule. Yes they beat UGA. Who couldn't we should have. The couldn't play Florida Lsu then bama in back to back weeks
