it did translate for fat Albert Haynesworth..... at least he did it after turning pro, right.
I've never heard of anyone missing a tackle because he wasn't trustworthy
skeeter's qualm wasn't that of indecision but of integrity
Wasn't it haynesworth that got a roughing the passer penalty in the 2001 SEC CG against LSU when we haf them stopped Man that loss was such a bummer Only a week mafter we beat spurrier at the swamp. NC appearance on the line. Ggrrrrrr
I have made a habit of NOT surrounding myself with people who are not truthful and candid. It has made my job much easier and less stressful.
Fulmer didn't care if players had character... just talent. Were you here when we spent more time talking about the police blotter than football?

No sir. Not at all. I simply do not like the complications created in a work environment by people who either lie or who are not candid. If the kid did what skeeter indicates then that would definitely raise flags for me. You can always find another guy with ability.
are you going to have the same sentiments for the coaching staff if they tell one of our recruits to look elsewhere?

I wouldn't have had a problem with the kid telling the coaches he wasn't going to sign with them. It is different if skeeter is right and he led them to believe he was a Vol right up to the time he publicly announced that he was going to MSU.
What he did wasn't wrong. How he did it was questionable.
Non sequitur. Asking a recruit to look elsewhere has nothing to do with Autry allegedly lying to a coach's face. To be comparable, the staff would have to yank a commit's scholly without telling him. And yes, that would be shady, but that's not how this staff operates.
