I agree with you...if the kid did do all of this and still commits to us then I say take him. Then you teach his ass a lesson while he is enrolled until he learns from his initial mistake. Then we go and win some ball games...

Dude just stop with the nonsense. Because our fans have no problem when we flip a guy. If you go back on your word no matter how you do it then it's the same thing. We went crazy when were turning guys like Da'Rick Rogers and Justin Hunter. But they aren't thugs are they(double standard). So what the kid got scared then he woke up and let them visit. Now what's the big the deal. All this *****in and moanin in this thread is getting old.

Really hope this kid grows up, and does one of the two things. Calls our coaches and apoligizes for the way he treated them and tells them he is sticking with MSU.

Or signs the Tennessee LOI and comes to Rocky Top.

I still have a very good feeling about this one.

Great post. If you were a fan of another team other than UT you would be called a troll.

Things like this happen all the time in recruiting, it's not the first and will not be the last time it happens. A highly recruited prospect is constantly being pulled in 3 or more different directions. I don't know how they deal with it to tell you the truth.

Just watch, if and when Autry picks Tennessee, he will suddenly be the most loved recruit of this class due to his high caliber and impact he brings to a team. We have the most inconsistent fanbase in the nation or at least one of them. Yeah he might have handled things a bit wrong, but this is recruiting. It happens everywhere. Whining about it isn't going to change a damn thing. What really counts and matters is tomorrow. When the signature is in ink and on the paper. Imo, Autry, Jacobs, and Sentimore will sign with Tennessee tomorrow with McCullers signing in the coming weeks. If this comes together, we will have one of the better DL's in the SEC and will be a defensive force.

Sorry, I've missed this thread for a while... but do people really think Autry is gonna be a Vol? seems pretty obvious MSU gave him a fat pay check... What's the hype about
