Um this guy has the potential of being the next Randy moss and could take away double teams away from Da'Rick and hunter so yea we need this guy!!!!

He could also be the next Kenny O'Neal, let's not put the cart before the horse here, he has yet to play any legit competition.

How about we stop freaking out over a great recruit ( at a position of little need ) and just relax, our class will be fine , with or WITHOUT CP. I'd much rather land McCullers and Autry than only get CP out of this group.

There has been talk of possibly moving D Rogers to slot in quite a few of the 3-wide formations if Patterson comes in and shows out as expected. It would be Hunter/Patterson outside and Rogers inside with Arnett coming in for the 4-wide sets. Rogers will still be outside in 2-wide and some of the 3-wide, but using him in the slot would be ridiculous.

Noone could guard D Rogers in the slot next year. No nickel back in the country. No linebacker in the country.

This.....I mean patterson, hunter, darick,arnett, croom, and the others coming in. Think about that on the field. Who would you double team. I can agree with Rogers not being guarded by an nickel or LB.

And if he deserves to be he will be. Arnett has prooved himself, dallas has shown improvment. Doing well imo. And croom is gonna be a beast. Dude is a stud. This receiving group is something serious. No matter who is on the field with bray at qb its no probem. Nobody can touch that recieving group.

Yea I agree with you I would just like to have him just in case one of them goes down like hunter this year and it would make the WR core that much better

I like to get excited over the idea of these guys being great players but let's be honest for every Justin Hunter, there are 5 Matt Milton's.

It seems like Patterson is a sure thing but there really is no such thing, some of you maybe to young to kinow who Kenny O'Neal is, it wasn' that long ago but I remember that hype machine, 5* JUCO WR that rarely got on the field.

He could be great, he could be the next Kenny, he could end up somewhere else.

I think Da'Rick's still dragging the Honey Badger down the field.

A three-wide base offense fits with this team's DNA. Could get nasty, Houston-type numbers next year if Dooley wants to go in that direction.

If this kid is what he is supposed to be, with a healthy Hunter and Rogers, add in Arnett and Rivera and of course Bray, we have as good a passing game as there is in the country.

I just try to remain in the middle in the recruiting forums, fooled a couple of times, never happen again.

You wouldn't have said that when Cam Newton was still in JUCO. He was "just a JUCO guy playing against JUCO competition" back then. You have the benefit of hindsight.

I understand where you're coming from. Recruiting isn't a science. I just don't see this guy being a bust.

I see him in the NFL in a few years. But at the very worst he will supply much need depth and should be able to make a difference in how a defense defends us (i.e. not being able to double team Hunter or Rogers).
