Yes, as my posts have indicated. The POINT of my posts have been directed at people who want to complain about the few posters that actually bring something to the recruiting forums. You said there will be a backlash on OCI if he is wrong about CP. Only the people i've been talking about would do so. The reasonable posters know how this game works and appreciate the info a few members of VN bring to the table.

Also, sorry for derailing the thread. CP is a beast.

What pure crap above. Georgia is the program and the team on the rise. I wouldn't call a 6-6 season for the vols as proof of a team on the rise. Aaron Murray is one of the best QBs in the country and Patterson can play right away at UGA. UGA also returns a bunch of starters and should be good shape to make another run at the SEC East title in 2012.

UT would be 10-2 or 11-1 with with Georgia's schedule, Bray would be leading for the Heisman and CDD would be getting attention for national coach of the year. lol at Georgia losing two games with that schedule.

Georgia wont be the favorite in the east next year any where but Georgia sites. The SEC goes through Knoxville next year.

The scary thing is that imo hunter is the better wr. The great thing about the two of them is that their styles are so different. If he can trust that knee next year then look out.

Wow! Do you seriously believe that Aaron Murray is one of the best QB's in the country???! Take off the black and red tinted sunglasses and stop drinking the dawg-aid for a few minutes! He is a GOOD QB, but not one of the best yet. With my orange-tinted glasses off, Tyler Bray was a MUCH better QB than Murray before he broke his thumb...I think that the numbers and performances speak for themselves. Murray was probably the 3rd best in the SEC behind Bray and Wilson (Arky).

I was willing to give you UGA being the favorites in the East at the beginning of the year next season, but you cannot be serious about Aaron Murray. He is "one of" the best QBs in his division..no where near one of the best in the country.

I agree with most of your thought. To say Murray has not developed into a really good college QB is crazy. He is very talented and causes problems for defenses with his legs.

I hope Bray will start on Sundays, and certainly has the skill set for that. I am just not sure we have seen enough out of him yet to know for sure. He has a gunslinger attitude like several NFL QB's have, but because of the injury, we still havent seen him against the best of the best defenses (accept Georgia, and they defended him well).

With all that being said, I really believe Bray and Murray are the two best QB's in the SEC. I also think Conner Shaw will be in the mix in a year or two. He seems to have the same skill set as Murray. Time will tell on how he develops. Arkansas' QB is also very good, so he has to be mentioned as well.

Murray will be exposed in the SEC championship game. He doesn't read defenses well, but uses his legs to bail himself out. That will not work against LSU's speed.
