Career average is skewed by his 2012 season. He only had 264 yds in 2014...3 yrs in. So yeah he's as bad as this thread implies

Again, he led his team in rushing in 2013. That's not the makings of a terrible running back. With similar number of carries, I would put him in the same tier as Marlin Lane. Not all world, but not a slouch.

We have two "real" RBs right now in Hurd and Kamara. Plus Bussey has been injured and may be a bit limited at the beginning here. We could do worse then potentially picking him up.

He flipped to Auburn on NSD while Wilkens flipped from Auburn to Ole Miss at like the exact same time.

Agreed. Judd isn't good at all. Swinney will do really well though IMO.

That's a pretty horrible metaphor. It is entirely impossible for AJ to play CFB in 2015 it's not impossible for Mathers to come here. One can't happen, one likely won't happen.

Never understood why he recommitted to Ole Miss after the coaching change. Never was a good fit for CHF's system. I was shocked when he passed up USCe and AU. Much better fits for him. Hate it didn't work out for him. Best of luck wherever he ends up. My guess he comes home to MTSU and sits for a year.
