Man I’d love to see bama lose. They’ve had this air of invincibility about them for years now. For Tennessee to get back on top...some of our rivals need to come back down closer to the pack.
If LSU continues to win the west over Alabama, I don't expect Saban to stick around being second to Ed O.
McElroy saying Tua will come back lol. Why would Tua come back and play another season with the guy who almost killed him Coach Kilmer
As they said, if he is unable to have a workout with scouts and as an earlier poster stated, he may be looked upon as more of a risk with his injuries. If he's not projected as first round, he returns and Alabama will be preseason top 3 again.
Wouldn’t he better off though just sitting out the season than risk getting hurt again. As they said, if he is unable to have a workout with scouts and as an earlier poster stated, he may be looked upon as more of a risk with his injuries. I think we'll start see this with Bama next year.. they're losing a lot of playmakers, still obviously a ton of talent but not having Tua and the WR crew will bring them back to earth imo. Having a QB like Tua just put them on another level.
i think the difference with Bama has been the coaching. still talent all over the field. but this year their depth hasnt been coached up to the same level. used to be it didn't matter who was on the field, they knew what to do and played like starters. now not so much, they look like starters but dont play like it.
injuries are a good point too. the last couple years they have kept mostly clean. but not this year especially with Tua.Agree. They’ve just kinda had the perfect storm of recruits that have panned our, avoided major injuries, and main rivals that have been down over the past decade. And that’s not to take anything away from saban who’s obviously the hardest working coach we’ve ever seen. But they aren’t some divine program. We’ve had long win streaks against them in the past and that could certainly happen again
