Okay thanks. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems that the context of that answer by Mac was which school he would pick if he stayed in state. I would imagine that the question posed during the interview would be which in state school you would pick right now. I don't understand how that can be bad news for us.

Hard to interpret if he just said that when talking about if he stays in state about signing with fla. that how I read it at least. Id say bama or fla but who knows maybe we can sneak in

Was going to post something similar. I think if UT has a successful season, it will change some recruit's opinions of UT and could lead to a great class. It's a waiting game for some of them at this point in my opinion.

One of the reasons I thought Langley was not a definite for our staff at UA. I knew M Smith was near the top but I had heard we were pushing hard for Mac as well and the interest was there. Yesterday A Suttles said to watch for him because his interest in UA was very high. He is planning a visit to UA. Will not make a decision until afeter the visit. Also Suttles said did not include his brother. That the interest between both sides were with Mac and UA only. FWIW

Still think a long shot at this point but is picking up alot of steam on our boards now.

You won't get him without taking his brother IMO. At one time they said they were independent, but you don't hear that any longer. Hell I think they also would like to play college ball with Senat as well. Teams may need to bring in all 3.

That's really special to possibly get an actual visit from the elusive Mac.

The instate schools could get one w/o the other but not an OOS. His family isn't in the best position financially so that the reason he hasn't made any OOS trips atp. Mac was suppose to visit tOSU and Clem but didn't make it. I know Bama trip is on the table but that visit won't happen w/o his HS team traveling or an OV.

Very few families in Immokalee are in the best position financially. It amazes me how many of those guys have actually left the state for college, (especially ending up in the Midwest) very hard for their families to ever see them play.

A friend could bring him , or someone close to the family. Like MzTerry is with Kamara. Coaches and fans can't. I think if it's an official visit , or the player is stranded in an airport (Like Ambles was because of weather) they can help. I'm sure it's done more times than people know. They just don't let it get out.

Here are the rules for an official visit...

You can make up to five Official – expense paid visits to college campuses. the visit to the campus cannot be longer than forty eight hours in duration. you are are not allowed to have an official visit until after your first day of classes of your senior year.

College coaches need to have an official ACT or SAT score and a copy of your official high school transcript before you can make a visit.





If Mack and his brother want to visit , this is their best bet. I hope they consider it.
