'13 GA CB Shaq Wiggins (Transferring to UT)

With the addition of Coach Warren and now adding Wiggins, our secondary is going from a weakness to a strength!

Why did he leave Georgia?

getting arrested, drugs, attitude. Not much. No biggie on the arrest, was a suspended license iirc. On attitude, it was even mentioned in leaving that he was searching for "a place to embrace my personality".

That said, maybe has grown up although rumors abound on UL websites, so who knows. He is good at jumping routes, but that gets him picked on as well, experienced QBs set him up and go over the top. Tough little man who loves to play.

I don't know if Wiggins comes in and starts or not. If Warren has been taking care of business, then he may not. Doesn't matter though. He will play a lot of snaps. We need depth too. He fills a big need either way.

Glad to have him.

It's a good pickup either way, at the minimum he brings experience and playmaking skills to the secondary.

Annnnnnnd BOOOOOM!!!

Very nice to have a great player at CB. His highlights look great and I hope CCW can impress the idea that he has 1 more year to audition for the league. This is his time to pad the highlight reel!

Well, Richt was the coach then, sooo....we all know how he loses control of everything.

He should have stayed at UGA, then he could just do "drugs" (Pot I assume?) and then test "negative" like Kirby's players do now, despite having Bongs and weed in their possession.

I'm waiting for Ledbetter to get pulled over (again) for DUI, and he jumps out and says "I'm not driving, I'm not driving!" - when the cop responds that he just got out of the driver's side, he says "...But I'm not driving NOW..."

Kirby's brought the Alabama ethics with him, what do you expect?
