'13 GA OLB Reuben Foster

TW started a thread on Tiger droppings asking about this, and apparently the only person saying this is a single Bama fan on the 247 blue board that has not been shown to be a credible source.

Usually the AU posters on TD are pretty up to date on what is happening with their program.

I have not seen a word about this on any of the aubs boards, including premium sites. Not saying it could not happen in the future, but I think your crimson friends are just stirring the pot.

That is why I asked on TD and they said no so I go with them. A few of those posters I know post on most Au boards.

Quick question is Therezie gone as well or is that just another rumor?

I'm pretty sure he played on special teams yesterday, but I am sure he is pissed he is not starting, which I think he should. Also, Auburn Rivals reported that both Blakely and Florence were at Sunday practice/films unlike what was said via Twitter by Alabama radio personality.

Foster had 13 tackles (12 solo), one tackle-for-loss, one pass breakup and one quarterback hurry in an 52-28 win over Lee. He also had five carries for 90 yards and two touchdowns. On the season, Foster has 57 tackles (51 solo), nine tackles-for-loss, one sack, one forced fumble, two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries and one blocked punt. He has 25 carries for 203 yards and nine touchdowns.

Translation, if TT is gone, I''m gone.

ESPN 150 prospect Reuben Foster(Auburn, Ala./Auburn) already has switched his commitment from Alabama to Auburn, but if he makes another change, it will be unique for one reason. Reuben Foster remains committed to Auburn but will look around if there's a coaching change.Foster has a large Auburn tattoo on his forearm. The Under Armour All-American said he discussed this concern with the University of Georgia recently."I told Georgia in my head I am unsure, because I have an Auburn tattoo, but Georgia told me not to worry about it, because they will take me with open arms," Foster said. "They said I like to wear sleeves anyway, so it would only be showing when I am in the game. I do like wearing sleeves."

On Friday, Foster saw Georgia defensive coordinator Rodney Garner and inside linebackers' coach Kirk Olivadotti on the sideline as his team defeated Oak Mountain 34-10 in the first round of the playoffs."It was great seeing Georgia on the sideline Friday, because I had not seen them in a while," Foster said. "It made me feel good to see they still want me and are still showing love."

Foster has been a key target for Georgia for several years now, even after his initial commitment to Alabama in July 2011 and subsequent switch to Auburn a year later. One thing that stands out about the Bulldogs to Foster is the consistent effort the coaching staff has put into his recruitment from day one."Georgia is making a strong push for me," Foster said. "They hit me up on Facebook, and they have showed me nothing but love and respect ever since the beginning."On Saturday, Foster was in attendance at Jordan-Hare Stadium to see Auburn play host to Georgia. The Bulldogs shut out the Tigers 38-0, putting Auburn at 2-8 and winless in the SEC this season. Georgia on the other hand, earned its second straight trip to the SEC Championship game. The experience came with mixed emotions for Foster."I saw Auburn make a lot of mistakes and Georgia dominate," Foster said. "Seeing a school that I committed to and a school I really like is crazy. You feel like rooting for both teams, but you know that you can't. You just can't."

Foster has heard rumors and speculations about the future of the coaching staff at Auburn."Right now I am going to stay strong and stay solid," Foster said. "If there is a coaching change at Auburn, I would be hurt. It is crazy how they are talking about changing the coaching staff and getting rid of Coach (Gene) Chizik. I am going to be sad, and I will be mad."The No. 24 prospect in the country has been in this situation before. It was a coaching change at his previous high school, LaGrange (Ga.), Troup Co., that caused him to switch to Auburn High School."If there is a coaching change and a new staff is put in place, it would make me want to look around, but at the same time it makes me want to get to know the new staff at Auburn too," Foster said. "At first I will look around heavily, but it is a no-brainer that I will give them a chance. But if I do and it is not where I am meant to be, then I will take another look."

As for official visit plans, Foster said those most likely would go to Miami, Washington, Georgia, USC and South Carolina. Foster might return to Athens before then. If he does, he likely will be accompanied by a familiar face."I am thinking about visiting UGA again in the next two weeks, and I look forward to chilling with my close friendTray Matthewsand getting caught up with the coaching staff," Foster said. "Tray is like my brother. He and I playing together is important. Seeing him at Georgia and me at Auburn is kind of weird, because we said we were going to play with each other. It boils down to whoever cracks first."?In 11 games this season, Foster has rushed 38 times for 313 yards and 14 touchdowns on offense, with 37 solo tackles, five sacks and a blocked kick on defense. He admits the adjustment to the 4-3 scheme has been ongoing."I am satisfied with my progress in a different scheme," Foster said. "Here, I have a gap to fill, and I have to press. I have to stay inside the box in a 4-3, as opposed to at Troup where they moved me all over the field to make plays. I think I have played well beside the Carver game. I made mistakes in that game that I should not have."

Lol. Not pro or anti tatt.... But you probably ought to wait a lil bit on something permanent... At least till you sign. But hey, there's always sleeves, right?

Per UGA 247

Reuben Foster, a five-star prospect from Auburn (Ala.) High School, confirmed Friday to Dawgs247's Rusty Mansell that he has decommitted from Auburn and is reopening his recruitment following the Tigers' recent coaching change.

Foster told Mansell via text message that he is now considering Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Washington and Miami.

I really hope our staff stays away but Smart visited him last night. I have heard rumors UGA may bring Trooper on staff to secure Foster.

CMR bringing in Trooper? Only if he wants to pizz off 90% of the fanbase.

They actually used to be ace recruiters for Tennessee until "the Dools monster" scared them away.

Sirmon was the only ace recruiter from tennessee, Wilcox is certainly not an ace recruiter. Luckily for him, he now has both Sirmon and Lupoi.

He will join Tray Matthews at UGA...just like they have talked about for many months that they wanted to play together.

Who knows or really cares tbh with Foster. He has claimed he is sloid to 2 different schools while committed. Next said that he is loyal to AU even if staff is fired. One source reported this morning that Foster almost flipped over Thanksgiving to UGA. Next he said he would go wherever Trooper goes. This kid is so lost and when you have Tropper leading him around I actually feel sorry for him.

Everything points to UGA and curious if CMR will take Trooper as well.
