'13 GA OLB Reuben Foster

Malzhan wasn't even the coach during the first incident. Why would Malzhan deserved to be fired? If you want to punish the kid, fine. But if you fired coaches anytime an 18-22 year old kid blurted something out that was stupid, none of the universities would have coaches.

True Malzhan wasn't the coach during the first incident. It is well documented, he had to be aware of it.
This is the second incident. Malzhan should disciple this kid. If Malzhan allows this type of behavior to continue, he does not have the character to be a HC in any sport.

Yes I think if Malzhan allows this type of action to CONTINUE he should be fired. He is the person responsible for allowing it to continue.

This was posted a few minutes ago in the Lawson thread . Dismukes tweeted then deleted the below this morning

Reese Dismukes ?@Dismukes50 I'm not sorry for something I MAY have said to a certain recruit. None of you see these recruits day to day. #tiredoftheseprimadonnas

The problem for AU is this will go national because the news sites want anything negative about the SEC because rival fan of other conferences eat it up. Not to mention we are talking about the deep south and many are still upset with the NCAA how they handled the Newton saga. For AU this could be a PR nightmare at a time they want to get back on track.

Now the rest of the SEC may reap benefits from this. And even if this comes out to not be true everyone outside of AU will only think they are covering it up. The damage has already been done.

However at the end of the day and being he is at Auburn HS, the scenario is sign with AU and play next season in the SEC. Sign elsewhere and get the opportunity to see what Garden City or Coffeyville, KS looks like ... correct?

posters on AF.com saying that RF orchestrated the whole ordeal. Basically saying that RF was at AU recruiting for UA. Hilarious.

Once again, that doesn't happen there. See Fanning, LaMichael.

The thing is people need to remember he lives in AU. What more does he need to see. If the incident was that bad why not leave on Friday and go home 2 blocks away. Or Saturday morning. Maybe he wanted to talk with CGC about it and see if he was going to do something. Again though he could have just left to go hang out with friends at UA and still commits to AU tom night. But I will laugh if what their fans on many sites and twitter are saying is the reason he commits elsewher and not because of Dismukes.

I don't think there's a whole lot Chizik can do.

His mom stayed...would his mom really stay if her son was really called the N-Word?

Unless she was there trying to address the situation with the staff, since she only lives around the corner not like it put her out of her way or anything. Just saying. I mean I could understand a parent from lets say FL.

Like I said in the end he may sign with AU tom night.

I've heard plenty of grade rumors too. It'll be interesting to see if he qualifies now. The barn may influence what happens to him in the future even if he chooses to head elsewhere.

He may be in a delima regarding AU with his academics and also his child.

UA got Lacy in a few years ago, don't think Foster would be an issue (or anyone for that matter) for them.

AU is not going to get mad and say they gave this kid and family benefits and fixed his grades to go to Auburn High and eventually sign with AU. Main reason Saban is still recruiting him at this point.

Regardless of how much AU and Bama hate each other their is one thing that is understood. If we both play dirty to get a certain recruit, whoever gets that recruit will just get that recruit without an issue from the other school because if one team gets in trouble the other will too eventually. If this is the case, neither programs wants that.
