-VQOn Wednesday, Tennessee made it clear to Dye he was a priority and he made it clear that he heard them.
"I think it's a place where I would have a great chance to play right off the bat," Dye said. "I felt like they had a family environment.
"They made it very clear that I was important to them. They told me that I'm the guy that they want. They are recruiting three running backs but I'm the guy they want. They told me if I committed now I would be the only back they would take. That was pretty cool."
Dye is not in a big hurry to make a decision noting that he would like to have a good idea by the end of his senior season and he also plans to take as many visits as possible including an official visit to see the Vols.
"I am going to try to take as many visits as I can. Tennessee is a visit I will make."
