'13 GA RB Tyshon Dye

Doubtful that we will only take one RB. We also seem to be recruiting more than three RBs.
Dye
Green
Folston
Williams

Love the word play. You're the guy we want...IF you were to commit now (realizing he wouldn't)...leaves wiggle room if/when we decide to take more than one back yet allows him to realize how large he could be to us in the grand scheme of things.

Keep in mind that the staff was telling Keyante Green that we only wanted one back in this class, and we were telling him that last year. They may really just want one.

If it's Henry, Dye, Green or Kamara i'm good with one this year...but I'd still rather have one of them plus someone else :)

Like I said, I am hoping for two. A match of Green or Dye and Folston would be awesome. I think Kamara goes elsewhere and Wilkins.

Tennessee is in his top five along with Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia and Auburn. He enjoyed his visit and will likely be back along with his mother who he wants to bring on a trip. He added that Tennessee is up near the top of that list.

I hope he is our guy cuz the others won't like those comments.

Nothing to worry about. I am positive that the other backs heard this from other schools about this guy, that guy, etc.
Nothing wrong with this strategy. It can actually put weight on another back realizing that the Vols need, & will take one back, & that the window of this huge opportunity that is with our depth there is small, & WILL BE filled. To me it's like a "this seat needs taking, who wants"?

If we can get both he and his bro which I assume they will go to same school I think it would be a no brainer to take him ad call it a day

I sincerely hope that is not the case.

We always hear about how this staff doesn't participate in negative recruiting. Could this be an indirect form of negative recruiting that the coaches plan to use?

I say this because I know that if I were told I'd be the only RB for one team, I'd make it a point to check out who the other schools were taking at that position to see if they could offer the same.

Dye has been the guy Coach Graham has always wanted most he was talking to Jabari Davis about it at the Alumni Banquet the night before the OW game. There's a full court press on Dye or UT wouldn't be his brothers first offer from out of nowhere. I'm not to worried about UGA they keep telling him he would look good at LB and he doesn't want to play there

OV, since you work with a lot of GA kids in your opinion who would you take Kamara or Dye? I really like both of them.

I don't think UT would be too worried with UGA concerning Dye's recruitment anyway. I would think Clemson is the primary and serious concern followed by Auburn.

Dye hes faster and stronger and its a toss up on who is the better receiving RB. I believe Dye is alot more durable he also can return kickoffs and punts. I just question Kamaras durability.

He's faster on the field than Kamara? I also think that Dye is a good receiving back but Kamara is great in the passing game. I've had them 1a and 1b on my RB board for a while. Dye has T.Richardson style of running to me. With the way he cuts for a back his size.

Im trying to find some video of them both yeah there both great. 4.4 40 and a 10.6 100 for a 200+ lb RB is very impressive to me. Kamara might have better lateral speed Ill give him that.

I guarantee you one thing, whether it helps or not that Freaking rock will be painted if and when he brings momma for the official. Definitely want this guy....
