We'll be Bama's first real road test/first real test period. They haven't played anybody and I can't wait to see what happens. Nothing can prepare them for us.

Problem they'll really have is this team knows they let the UGA game get away. Confidence on a hungry team is a cocktail for an upset. All we have to do is handle Miss. State.

BTW regarding Bell I am not sure the UA staff feels as confident as the poster on here. Saban pushed Fisher and his family hard this weekend. Who was quoted saying he will take his OV to VT on the 12th and make a decision after that visit. To see if they can show him the same thing that UA just did. Fisher is currently committed to VT. And the UA staff feels very good about Conner. I doubt the staff would have pushed as hard for Fisher if Bell was a better shot. JMO

We currently have 1 CB and 1 S in the class. It looks like the staff is trying to take 3 maybe 4 more with the last 6 or 7 spots in the class. I would say atleast 2. The main problem is S we only will have Lester graduate and next year returning we have Sunseri, Ha-Ha, E Williams, L Collins, N Perry, and J Williams(who is out with an injury). CB is more of a need with Milliner graduating we return Belue, Fulton, Sylve, Washington and G Smith.

Right now top targets in Safety is in the below order from everything out there.

A Conner-Staff feels really good and all sites seem to agree and if we miss we may not add a S in the class by the time he announces.

H Fisher(VT Commit)- great visit and will take OV to VT next week and make a decision

V Bell-Seems very interested but I think depth is a major concern

CBs

J Ramsey(USC commit) UA pushing hard and his dad in an nterview yesterday after the UOV this past weekend sounds very positive and said they will take an OV now to UA. Also said they will now stop doing interviews for a while. The only thing for sure it appears is that JR will not end up at USC if his family has any say in it.

M White(FSU commit) was not happy when UA did not offer early and committed to FSU but keeps visiting and said now he will wait until Dec to make a final decision. I think staff is slow playing here.

J Cook(Nebraska commit) UA has not offered but if UA does he will probably flip. Visits all the time.

M Alexander- Who knows but the staff have made a huge push.

In short we are recruiting DBs and the top 2 choices seem to be Conner and Ramsey, but very well could miss on all them. Got to love recruiting.

What is the VQ crew's latest on bell and when was it?

Getting anxious. Ha.

And I hesitate to post this because I don't wanna encourage 202020. But my bama friend keeps sending me info from their guys and they're getting more confident. And they're saying Bell's TN fandom is overblown and that Bell is taking a business like approach and that bama is a major player for Bell

Hopefully it's just their writer building up hype/interest for business. But makes me nervous.

Would be a big loss to not get bell

I've heard similar things from people close to him. I'm starting to get nervous.
Don't over think it Bell, just pull the friggin trigger. GBO

But the thing about Vonn is he can play CB or Safety so I think he will slide to where ever he can get time. Thats what makes Vonn one of the best pickups of this class.

From a poster on VQ...

Vonn Bell's father is the director of the Boy's and Girl's Club in Union City.Talked to him last night.UT needs to play well in the next 3 games and win at least one.If we beat Bama, it's a done deal. Our biggest competition is probably Ohio State.
