He's hitting but if he hits lower like he did a couple of times(he smashed the kids too) he would be an even bigger hitter. His ball skills for a safety are very good. Has good leaping ability and hands. Should be a good pickup.

I have known Vonn since he was like 8 years old haha TRUST ME there is no way he doesnt end up in a TN uniform... been a huge vol fan all his life...

Fortenberry said on VQ that Vonn actually still lives in Tennessee but goes to Ridgeland HS in Georgia b/c his mom works there, VQ will have a story up on him tomorrow.

It's now Saturday at 9:20. I am drinking my coffee coming to this thread expecting to see when he committed. Still not done yet. Only one answer - Dooley sucks at recruiting...

James Franklin is a beast in the recruiting game....

Honestly though, most of the jokes about Franklin have been sarcastic and tongue in cheek. A lot of people are giving this dude way too much credit for doing nothing to this point. Every time the media or rival fans talk about him, he wins. More exposure and he becomes more mythical. Dude's a joke. Sorry about the rant.

I am not trying to be a smartarse, but why would "team Vonn" go to the media to complain they do not have an offer from UT a full year before he can sign, then get one and everyone says he's all Vol but he doesn't commit on the spot?

Vonn was standing next to the student section at the Lafayette BB game lastnight and I text my son and told him to look at Vonn and say (go vols ) but he wouldn't do it. But my sons friend "that is a bama fan" looks at him and goes "roll tide" and Vonn responded with a smile and said "that's right". I really think he is just happy to be getting these offers but hope he is vfl. But just to add our small speedy guys at Lafayette were to much for him in the BB game :) but he looks like a great athlete.
