"I know a lot of people are going to be shocked, and I know a lot of people may look down on me for this," said the 6-foot-4, 190-pound Harris, "But I'm going with Tennessee. You can only pick one school, and after talking to my mother about it, talking to my step-dad about it, and praying about it, I feel that Tennessee is the best fit for me."
"Coach Hinshaw and I had a great relationship and I can't wait to learn from him," said Harris, who is coming off of a 39-reception, 800-yard season. "I think he's going to do a great job molding me into an SEC receiver."
